After I got used to the feel of the toothbrush, worked my way around keeping my toothpaste ON the brush, everything has been fine. My teeth feel SO clean afterwards - like I just had them cleaned by the dentist. This toothbrush has a two minute timer, so you know exactly how long to brush. It comes with a travel case, and the toothbrush itself is very light weight. The battery is magnetically charged - so that's handy also. My teeth are a good bit brighter also just after a few weeks.
It took a while to get used to this brush, but I absolutely love it now. I don't think I could use a regular toothbrush again. I did use a regular one over Christmas while visiting my inlaws (forgot mine so I had to go buy one), and my teeth just didn't feel clean at all.
I give it 4 smiles out of 5 just because of the trial and error at the beginning and the price - they are expensive for a toothbrush.
